Our 3D printed ears and accessories are fairly strong but are not indestructible. Please take care with them as we are not responsible for any damage. They should not be left in direct sunlight for long periods of time and we recommend keeping them away from excessive water and sources of heat. Our interchangeable system uses magnets; therefore we recommend keeping them away from credit/debit cards etc., rail tickets, key passes/cards, phones etc. We are not responsible for any damage caused by our magnetic system. All of our 3D printed ears and accessories are handmade and printed to order. As 3D printing is a time consuming process orders will have a turnaround time of 2-6 weeks before shipping. For current turnaround times please see the banner at the top of the website.

Shipping times vary on depending on service selected and location. If you need your order by a specific date then please contact us before completing your order.

As all of our products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to resolve them.
